🔥 Manufacturer Warranties

Most stove bodies come with a 5–10 year manufacturer’s warranty (varies by brand).
Accessories and components (e.g., flue liners, fittings) typically include a 1–2 year warranty.
Warranty details for each product are provided by the manufacturer. If you need clarification, please contact us before purchase.

🛠️ What’s Covered

Defects in materials or workmanship under normal domestic use.
Replacement or repair of faulty parts, as determined by the manufacturer.

❌ What’s Not Covered

Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or lack of maintenance.
Wear and tear items such as glass, fire bricks, rope seals, paint finishes.
Damage caused by burning inappropriate fuels.
Labour or installation costs related to replacing parts.

⚠️ Installation Requirement

To maintain warranty coverage:

All stoves must be installed by a qualified HETAS or Gas Safe engineer (as appropriate).
Installation must comply with UK Building Regulations.
Proof of professional installation may be required for a warranty claim.

📝 How to Make a Claim

If you believe your item is faulty and wish to make a warranty claim:

- Proof of purchase
- Photos of the issue
- Installer details (if applicable)
We will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf to process the claim.
Where approved, the manufacturer will repair, replace, or supply parts in line with their warranty terms.
