1. Where is Just Stoves based?

2. How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 2–5 working days.

  • Large items (e.g., stoves) are shipped on pallets.

  • Smaller items are sent via courier.

  • Delivery is kerbside only, so someone must be available to help unload.

  • You can also choose to collect your order from our Wickford showroom.


3. Do you deliver across the UK?

Yes — we deliver UK-wide.

  • Standard delivery is free to most mainland addresses.

  • Additional fees may apply for remote or offshore locations.


4. Can I return an item?

Yes. For consumers, you have 14 days from receipt to cancel and return your order, provided items are unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping is at your own cost.

  • A full refund (minus any extra delivery services, e.g. timed slots) will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

5. What warranty do your products come with?

All stoves and accessories are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Stove bodies are typically covered for 5–10 years.

  • Accessories and components are usually covered for 1–2 years.
    To maintain warranty coverage, all stoves must be installed by a qualified HETAS or Gas Safe engineer.

6. Do you install stoves?

No — Just Stoves does not provide installation services.
We recommend using a qualified HETAS or Gas Safe engineer to ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations.


7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a wide range of secure payment methods, including:

  • PayPal

  • Shopify Payments

All transactions are processed securely via SSL encryption.


8. Do you offer trade pricing?

Yes — we welcome trade customers, including installers, builders, and retailers.

  • Trade accounts benefit from exclusive discounts, priority processing, and direct-to-site delivery options.

9. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect items upon delivery.

  • If damaged, sign as “damaged” and take photos immediately.

  • Report issues to us within 48 hours.

  • We’ll arrange replacements or refunds as quickly as possible.


10. What fuels can I use in my stove?

This depends on the model you purchase:

  • Wood-burning stoves are designed for seasoned or kiln-dried wood.

  • Multi-fuel stoves can also burn approved smokeless fuels.
    Many of our models are DEFRA-approved, meaning they can be used in UK smoke control areas.
