This complete fixed twin wall flue kit is designed for 2-storey properties where an external flue system is required. Pre-configured with 4 bends and all key components, this system provides a durable, HETAS-approved solution that meets safety and performance standards.

Please note: This is a fixed system using set-length twin wall pipes. It’s perfect for straight, structured installations with known height requirements.

1. TWPro MB – Flat Adaptor – Ø125 (Qty: 1)
Connects the stove's single wall outlet to the twin wall flue.

• Black-coated 304 outer / 316L stainless inner

• Rock wool insulation (25 mm)

• CE marked and HETAS certified

• 50 mm clearance to combustibles

2. TWPro MB – Rain Cap – Ø125 (Qty: 1)
Sits at the terminal point to prevent rain ingress while allowing safe flue gas discharge.

• Cone-top design

• Corrosion-resistant stainless steel

3. TWPro MB – 45° Bend – Ø125 (Qty: 3)
Creates required offsets to navigate eaves, roofs or structural obstructions.

• Locking band included

• Fully insulated and G50 certified

4. TWPro MB – 135° Tee – Ø125 (Qty: 1)
Acts as the base connection point with cleaning access.

• Long-branch tee

• HETAS approved and CE marked

5. TWPro MB – Tee Cap – Ø125 (Qty: 1)
Seals off the bottom of the 135° tee and includes a drain outlet for condensate.

6. TWPro MB – Pipe 500 mm – Ø125 (Qty: 2)
Shorter fixed pipes to fine-tune the overall height.

• Same construction and insulation as standard lengths

7. TWPro MB – Pipe 1000 mm – Ø125 (Qty: 5)
Full-length twin wall pipe (effective length ~965 mm each).

• 0.4 mm 316L inner, 304 black outer

• Injected rock wool insulation (~25 mm, 190 kg/m³)

• EN1856-1 certified, G50 rated

8. TWPro MB – Wall Support 50–80 mm – Ø125 (Qty: 2)
Secures the flue vertically against the wall with an adjustable offset of 50–80 mm.

• Powder-coated black finish

• Fully adjustable and load-rated

9. TWPro MB – Adjustable Base Support – Ø125 (Qty: 1)
Provides strong, secure support at the base of the external flue stack.

• Height adjustable for uneven surfaces

• Includes locking band

• Ensures load-bearing stability at ground level
